Join First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Oak Ridge May 3, 2026, 10:45 a.m. in person or online for our Sunday Service. Zoe Vaughan Renfro Parker tells us about a "Magic Genie." Scripture is John 14:1-14 - but who is the Magic Genie??
Vicki asks for a little help with her Special Music tomorrow. The first line of the hymn, "Lord, Be Glorified" is "In my ###X, LORD, be glorified." She is looking for a few words to use instead of ###X. Be ready to help her when she leads the choir in Lord, Be Glorified. The choir will start off with a few hints. She needs a little help from her friends.
After the service, join us for a very short congregational meeting to discuss our 2026 Outreach Program. As always, if you require assistance into the building, text Linh Le or me.

Rev. Zoe Renfro Parker speaks to us March 29, 2026, in person and online from Matthew 21:1-11, "Betrayed." Service begins at 10:45. Please arrive a few minutes early this week to join in our parade. As you exit the elevator, Pam Irminger and Melody Pelfrey will welcome you a with a palm leaf and instructions on what comes next! We will enter the sanctuary waving our palms with shouts of "Hosanna to the King" or "Hail to the Lord" or "Blessed be the Son of God" or "Hallelujah". A parade! See you there.
