As I was reading today I came to a very shocking realization. When the Israelites made sacrifices to the lord or ate food in the Old Testament, they were not to eat any of the blood of the animal.
•
The blood of the animal is described as the “life” of the animal as it is mentioned in the verse below...
•
Deuteronomy 12:23 “But be sure you do not eat the blood, because the blood is the life, and you must not eat the life with the meat.”
•
However in the New Testament, Jesus tells us that his blood has become the new covenant and the disciples were to drink of it! We know that Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice to God to cover all sin (past, present, and future). Yet THIS TIME, we were told to drink the blood! YET, God doesn’t contradict himself, there was a reason for this...
•
Hear the word of the lord: John 6:53-56, “Jesus said to them, ‘ Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.”

Confused? Let me explain...
•
Before Jesus, we were destined for death because of our debt (sin). Our sacrifices alone would never be sufficient enough to pay for our incredible debt. So GOD Himself, came up with a solution!
•
Jesus, the lamb without blemish.
•
Because of his command unto us to DRINK of the saviors blood, we were given LIFE!!!! And life everlasting LIFE at that.
•
The drinking of his blood is the acceptance of the life that God has promised to you. To accept Jesus is to believe in him and turn from sin!

Ezequiel 37

1 The hand of the LORD was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones.

2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.

3 He asked me, "Son of man, can these bones live?" I said, "Sovereign LORD, you alone know."

4 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!

5 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath "enter you, and you will come to life.

I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.'"

7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone.

8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.

9 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.'"

10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet —a vast army.

1 Corinthians 6:11-12 says, “And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is good for you. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not become a slave to anything.”

Just because something may not qualify as a sin, doesn’t mean that it is good for you!!! What have you become a slave to?? We must be slaves to God to live a life full of truth and purpose, not falling to the right or left!
•
Whatever enslaves you, is your master. Break the chains of things that ROB you from the life God wants you to live. 🙏🏼

That MAN filled up in Spirit!!! Caught another chosen warrior out in public today 🙏🏼💪🏼

Let me hit y’all with a little scripture to put a little pep in your step 😤😎

1 John 4:4 tells us that greater is HE who is in you than he who is living in the world! There’s no other spirit than that of the lord that shall prevail! Every trial, every heartbreak, every sickness, and all hell has been overcome by the power of Jesus! His spirit lives inside of you and to accept him means that you have been baptized by the Holy Spirit who is now in you! Since we are now brought to new life, let us walk in the fullness of purpose glorifying God in the name of Jesus in everything we do! Have no fear! For the same spirit that healed the sick, let the blind see, made the lame walk, turned water into wine, fed the hungry, and casted out all evil spirits NOW LIVES IN YOU!! We know this because Jesus tells us in John 14:12, GREATER WORKS WILL WE DO!!!! ❤️🙏🏼

WE appreciate all of your continued support and dedication to our brand and the GREAT GOD above! We have been praying that all of you have seen the light and have received the peace of God throughout this pandemic!! This whole experience has been a large test to our faith as believers, but we KNOW that God has been, is, and will always BE good. We will stay faithful in the high times and the low times, we will give praise through the storm, and we will hold strong when the accusers come to tear down the word of God.

As things begin to open back up, we pray that we all have opened our hearts to love deeper, pray more intently, and give generously.
•

Tried to see the city through God’s eye last night. It’s easy to get lost in the beauty of all of his creation! One thing we noticed is how at peace everything seemed to be in that moment in time, despite the world being shaken in spirit.

We couldn’t imagine living this life driven by the spirit of fear. It’s everything OPPOSITE of the lords plan for our lives! Truly, God created us be COURAGEOUS and leave the things we can’t control in his hands! We’re created to be dependent on him and NOTHING ELSE. If you only knew that when you walk with God, you carry a field of protection everywhere you go with you! Psalms 32:8 - The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.”
All this to say, be smart but have no fear about the coming days! Pay attention to the signs, but KNOW that the return of our savior DRAWS NEAR!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Get outside and PRAY, PRAISE, and GIVE THANKS. @ Knoxville, Tennessee
