Heartland Church - Starke County

Heartland Church - Starke County Join us for Sunday morning service at 10:15 AM & 11:30 AM CT Church of the Heartland is built on a biblical foundation that determines how we think about God.

The expression of those thoughts reflects our values--the ideas and attitudes we believe are important. We value full devotion to Christ and His cause and consider it normal for every believer. We value our public celebrations, which contain "now" encounters with the Holy Spirit through dynamic praise and worship along with anointed teaching and preaching, as catalysts for transformation in the li

ves of individuals and the church. We value going through life together and fostering loving relationships that permeate every aspect of church life. We value being culturally relevant as a church while remaining doctrinally pure. We value authenticity and the hunger for continuous spiritual growth in the lives of Christ's followers. We value the presence of the miraculous in our midst, especially through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We value lost people because they matter to God and, therefore, ought to matter to His church. We value world missions and will devote significant time, energy, and money towards developing leadership and materials for them. We value the unity of believers and will honor and support other life-giving churches and individuals that love God. We value small groups as places of growth and life change. We value the stewardship of spiritual gifts and participation of all believers in ministry and service. We value prayer, both individually and corporately, as vital, effective, and real communication with God.

People may fail us, but God never will.

In Part 5 of our Abraham series, we follow Hagar’s story and discover that God sees us, hears us, and walks with us through life’s hardest moments. Learn how to trust Him in the wilderness, be honest with Him about your struggles, and allow Him to bring good out of broken situations.

Generations Sunday - May 31, at 10:15 & 11:30 am CT❤️

We truly believe these moments matter more than we realize. God never called the church to simply consume…He called us to raise up the next generation and tell them about Him.

Sometimes it’s easy to come into church thinking mostly about what we personally receive, but Generations Sunday gives us an opportunity to think bigger. This is a chance for us to pour into kids and teenagers who are learning what worship, prayer, and serving Jesus looks like.

Generations Sunday is not about adults observing kids on a stage. It’s about adults modeling worship, faith, hunger, prayer, and encouragement.

Every adult in the room has a mission:
Praise with your whole heart.
Pray for every young person you see.
Speak life over them.
Cheer them on.
Show them what it looks like to follow Jesus boldly.

One generation following God but failing to pass faith to the next is one of the saddest patterns we see in the Bible. We refuse to let that be our story.

Let’s show up ready to worship, encourage, and believe God is doing something powerful in the next generation. ❤️🔥🔥🔥

God doesn’t just walk with you—He lights the way ahead of you.
His presence guides, refines, and leads us forward.
