It’s spring time and the time when families take the extra time to replace flowers and spruce up the graves of family members in preparation for what those of us in the South refer to as Decoration Day. It seems that all too often, headstones are overlooked and time and nature take their toll, leaving them discolored and at eventually, illegible. As the years go by, and more family members pass on, names, dates, and locations of these gravesites fade into history and become lost to future generations. This is one of the biggest reasons that I wanted to start this business, is to preserve these monuments and the history tied to them for present and future generations. I do have to take fuel and supplies into consideration when pricing but I keep my pricing low because of the satisfaction I receive and the pride that I feel when the discolored and unreadable become clear. It’s like discovering hidden treasure.
Enjoy your spring and take the time to remember those who have gone on before
