This Labor Day, remember that your workplace is more than a place where you earn a paycheck.

**It’s a place where God has placed you.**

What if the people you work with became the people you prayed with?

SALTY Groups are small groups of Christians who gather right at their workplace to pray for their coworkers, their workplace, and a spiritual awakening.

You don't need a big group.

You don't need a church building.

You can start with **two or three.**

Thirty minutes.
A few coworkers.
A willingness to pray.

Because spiritual awakening doesn't have to start in a sanctuary.

**It can start in a conference room, on a factory floor, in a garage, in a hospital—wherever you work.**

This Labor Day, consider starting a SALTY Group where you work.

Pray. Serve. Awaken the Workplace.

The scribes and Pharisees saw a man with a withered hand.

But they weren't looking at him.

They were watching Jesus, waiting for Him to do something they could use against Him.

Jesus saw something entirely different.

He saw a man who needed help.

And He asked:

“Is it lawful to do good…?”

Then He told the man:

“Stretch out your hand.”

And it was restored.

It's easy to look at people without really seeing them.

We see their mistakes.
Their appearance.
Their politics.
Their problems.
The things that make them different from us.

But Jesus sees the person.

Maybe that's part of what it means to follow Him: to learn to look at people the way He does.

Who is someone you need to truly see today?

We live in a world where it's easier to **talk about someone than talk to them.**

We vent to friends.
We send the text.
We post the subtweet.
We build our case before we've ever had the conversation.

Jesus gives us a different way.

“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone.”

Notice what Jesus doesn't say:

Don't gather an audience.
Don't humiliate him.
Don't gossip about him.

**Go to him.**

And the goal isn't to prove that you're right.

Jesus says, **“If he listens to you, you have won over your brother.”**

That's the goal: not victory in an argument, but **restoration of a relationship.**

And when we gather in His name—even when the conversation is difficult—Jesus promises:

**“There am I in the midst of them.”**

Maybe there's a conversation you've been avoiding.

Perhaps it's time to have it.

**Go to them. Not around them.**

There are countless voices telling us which way to go.

Follow this path.
Believe this truth.
Build this kind of life.

But Jesus doesn't point us toward a way.

**He says He is the Way.**

He doesn't simply teach us truth.

**He says He is the Truth.**

And He doesn't merely show us how to live.

**He says He is the Life.**

That's a much more demanding invitation than simply adopting a set of beliefs or following a set of rules.

Jesus isn't asking us to admire Him from a distance.

He's asking us to **follow Him.**

And if He really is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, then the most important question isn't *“What direction should I take?”*

It's:

**“Am I following Him?”**

“I am the way and the truth and the life, says the Lord; no one comes to the Father except through me.”

There is a difference between knowing where the light is and actually following it.

Jesus doesn't simply say, “I am the light of the world.”

He says:

“Whoever follows me will have the light of life.”

Following Jesus means stepping out of the darkness and trusting Him enough to take the next step—even when we can't see the whole path ahead.

We don't need to have everything figured out.

We don't need to know what tomorrow holds.

We simply need to follow the One who does.

His light is enough for the step in front of us.

“I am the light of the world, says the Lord; whoever follows me will have the light of life.”

What would it look like for you to follow His light today?

Do you know someone who needs Jesus?

Maybe it’s a family member. A friend. A coworker. Someone whose name comes to mind right now.

We’re looking for 1 million people to pray for 1 million people to find Jesus.

It starts with one person. One name. One prayer.

Visit prayerattheheart.org and join The Million Souls Campaign.

🙏 Who is your one?
