2 Cor 3:18 (TPT) We can all draw close to Him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into His very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

I woke up this morning with a song playing in my mind, as I often do.
“Lord prepare me to be a sanctuary
Pure and holy
Tried and true
And with thanksgiving
I’ll be a living
Sanctuary for You.”
Even though I hadn’t heard this song in a long time, I kept repeating the words over and over because they’re not just lyrics, it’s the cry of my heart. Psalm 46:1 states that “God is our refuge, an ever-present help in times of trouble.” The word sanctuary means refuge or safe place. God is our refuge and He is looking for those willing to surrender all to be found faithful and trustworthy so His presence can create safety and love through us for others.

I recently received correction from the Lord regarding my attitude toward someone who had deeply hurt me. She not only hurt me, she called into question my character, which for me was a deeper level of hurt. I had prayed to forgive her, release her from judgment and into God’s hands but I still found it difficult to have a loving attitude toward her. As I sat worshipping Him, “It is Well” started playing. In this situation, my soul did not feel well. The Lord invited me on an encounter. I imagined diving into the “Sea of Grace” (that’s what He called it) holding her hand. All the residue of that negative encounter washed away. I extended forgiveness and I repented for my unloving attitude from the depths of the sea. Then, I could only see her through His lenses of grace and mercy and suddenly, I came into agreement with His love for her. God always has an exit plan for us to walk out of the carnal places we find ourselves. I love His creativity and how He meets each of us exactly where we are and walks us into the more than/greater than realities of On Earth as it is in Heaven! Be Blessed. Be Loved!
If you find it difficult to walk out forgiveness toward someone, even after praying, let’s talk. Don’t allow unforgiveness to create bitterness within you. You deserve better than that!

Yes! Do you want to leave lasting legacy for your children? Do you want to truly bless them? Change their life by breaking the chains passed on to you. Put in the time, effort and discipline required to break the familiar patterns of anger, control, apathy, sexual perversion, rejection and fear (just to name a few). If this speaks to you, there is help and hope - His name is Jesus. If you need help walking into that freedom, myself and others have ministries to help you walk into the love and freedom of our always good, always loving Father God. Let God lead you if you need help and where to turn for that help but for the sake of every relationship in your life, do get help. Don’t let pride or comfort stop you.

Some of your battles aren’t even about you.
They’re about your bloodline.

You’re carrying the weight of things your mother never fought.
You’re breaking patterns your father passed down.
You’re standing in the fire of generations that tried to swallow you whole.

That’s why it feels so heavy. That’s why it hurts so bad.
Because you were trusted to be the one who ends it.
To interrupt the cycle.
To draw the line.

It’s not just a fight, it’s a rewrite.
Keep going.
