"I urge you with all the strength of my soul to approach the Eucharistic Table as often as possible. Feed on this Bread of the Angels from which you will draw the strength to fight inner struggles, the struggles against passions and against all adversities, because Jesus Christ has promised to those who feed themselves with the most Holy Eucharist, eternal life and the necessary graces to obtain it." Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati

Hey all, happy Laetare Monday, if you will, this first day post Laetare Sunday during the 4th week of Lent. Bishop Bradley so wonderfully pointed out, in his Sunday homily yesterday, the importance of joy and how this joy is found in being optimistic. While these current times have put a strain on optimism, we need to call to mind those things in our life that bring us joy and remain optimistic that the One who is the source of this joy will bring us out of these dark times. Praise be Jesus Christ and God bless you all!
