A lot of men have gotten really good at saying they’re fine. Maybe you’re one of them.

You know how to make the joke, change the subject, or keep the conversation on the surface. But carrying everything alone gets exhausting.

The Brutal Truth is a three-day experience for men who are tired of pretending, tired of hiding, or simply tired. No pressure to impress anyone. No need to have your life together. Just honest conversations, real brotherhood, and a place where you don’t have to keep carrying everything by yourself.
