Yesterday's service was glorious. I preached ARISE & SHINE.
And this is what I need you to carry this week.
Your storm is not attacking your comfort.
It is attacking your glory.
The enemy has read the end of your story
and he is terrified of what you become
on the other side of this.
So God says take the shield of faith.
Not the shield of explanation.
Not the shield of understanding why.
Faith.
Because faith does not need to understand the fire
to know it will not burn you.
And when the night feels unbearable
remember this.
"Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning."
Psalm 30:5 (KJV)
Joy does not wait for the night to be over.
Joy starts moving toward you while it is still dark.
But I also need to speak to someone
who is being crushed by what people are saying.
They lied about you.
They talked you down.
They wrote a version of your story
that has nothing to do with who God called you to be.
Hear me.
"No weapon formed against thee shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn."
Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)
God did not say no tongue would rise.
He said you shall condemn it.
The power to silence it
was never in their apology.
It was always in your decision to rise anyway.
Make faith your anchor.
Don't turn back.
Don't bow to the opinion of people.
Don't give the storm the last word.
Arise.
Shine.
The glory on your life
is greater than everything
that has been sent against it.
