These two are some of our favorite people. We never would’ve guessed that God would lead them into our lives, or all the ways He’s grown all of us since, but seeing them blossom has been such a beautiful privilege and honor.

If they are the only fruit we have to show in the Kingdom of God they’ll be watermelons. 🍉

Last family trip before Marlena took her first steps with God into the great wide world as an adult! Amber’s next, then Micah. We’re soon to be empty nesters! 🫣

As I stood and look down this path waiting to direct runners on which way to go I began to think of this scripture “Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it. How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it.” Matt. 7:13-14 HCSB.

Through the race of life there are many splits and forks that we will come to but there is one path that we must stay on. It is not the easiest, nor the one that most will go on but the reward is true life. Seek to find it and be diligent to stay on it.

There’s just something so fun about throwing furniture out a two story door and watching it smash onto the ground.

Hey, it beat trying to get all the old heavy garbage furniture down the winding staircase one by one.

We saw the door with no deck and said, “Oh yeah, this is totally happening. Hahaha

One piece literally exploded when it hit the ground. A very fun workday we had by all! 😆

I’m thankful, y’all!

Thankful that our 16 year old son will hug me like this in front of all his friends.

Thankful that he’s grown into a strong, encouraging, brilliant young man of God.

Thankful that even if my head fits under his chin now, he still respects our authority.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s not perfect. But his desire is for Jesus Christ to be the center of his life.

And for that… I’m beyond thankful. 🥹🙌🏼

We’re so thankful that we are trusted by Jesus to walk lost people into His Kingdom.

Our newest sister counted the cost of following Jesus, repented of her sins, placed her faith in God, and wanted to get baptized.

We walked thoroughly through the Word of God about what’s actually happening in baptism, she went down a filthy sinner bound up in chains and came up a free, spotless, new creation saint! Praise God!

Jeremiah and I prayed over her for deliverance of demons that no longer had authority to be in her life, prayed for her to be baptized in Holy Spirit, and she said she felt so light and peaceful!

Jeremiah and I are honored to come alongside this beautiful woman as she continues on her journey with Jesus, surrendering more and renewing her mind in Him.

Now, to answer any elephant-in-the-room questions:
1. No, neither of us are traditional pastors.
2. No, neither of us is ordained by a traditional denomination.
3. Yes, we are qualified to baptize anyone because we are born again, filled with Holy Spirit disciples of Jesus Christ, and are being obedient to His command to ALL His disciples in Matthew 28:18-20,

““Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭18‬-‭20‬ ‭NIV‬‬

If you want to grow in your faith and obedience to Christ we would love to walk you through how to make disciples! We’ll look together at the scriptures and then train up the saints for the works of the ministry! Eph. 4

When you live interruptible for Jesus you never quite know what you’re in for, but it’s always going to be good.

While on our trip to Rapid City, SD Jeremiah and I got to share the gospel with 3 different groups of people, we got to pray for healing with 2 people, and praise the Lord together with 6 different groups of people!

Here’s just ONE cool testimony:

Last Wednesday Jeremiah and I decided to walk to downtown Rapid City from my parent’s house, about 30 minutes. We walked around, got to pray for multiple people, went into a witch store and broke off all the witchcraft, it was great!

But the coolest thing happened when we left to walk home.

The Journey museum was on the way home if we walked one block over. I had a thought like maybe Jeremiah would like to see it. I thought I remembered right that it was free admission.

We walked all the way over there and found out it was not free. We decided never mind and when we left the entrance I noticed a trail up a hill in the back parking lot towards my parent’s house.

Woohoo! We don’t have to walk all the way around the block! It was a HOT day. So, we started toward that path, but soon saw a random man sitting on a shady bench facing the empty parking lot. Peculiar…

We said, “Let’s go see if we can pray for him. Maybe he’s homeless or something.”

When we approached him he was a friendly, though eccentric kind of man. But his smile was kind. We talked with him about Jesus and then he said, “God told me to come sit on this bench today. So I’m just here enjoying the day.” Hahaha 🙌🏼

So we knew it was a divine appointment! We asked if we could pray with him and he agreed. While we prayed I started to feel pain in my leg. I asked if he had any pain in his body and he said he had arthritis in his knee of the same leg!

So we explained how God sent us to pray for healing in his leg and that Jesus was going to heal him. He was a little skeptical at first, until the pain left his leg and he could bend easily! 🙌🏼

His face lit up, “Hey, what is that!?”. We told him what we tell everyone… IT’S JESUS! All glory to King Jesus!

Even on vacation we’re always on duty. Praise the Lord!

If you’ve never experienced someone getting miraculously healed, set free from demonic oppression, or filled with Jesus’ Holy Spirit, but would like to step out in your faith, let’s talk!

This past week Jeremiah and I took a much needed trip away to the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, my old stomping grounds.

With a little help from LivePURE’s GPS Sportsline, we conquered Harney Peak, the tallest mountain east of the Rockies!

7,244 feet of beautiful rock had nothing on Energize, Circulate, Adapt, and Hydrate! We felt great the whole time!

Yes, we needed an ice bath for our feet that night, and ok, our calves spent the next two days reminding us that we don’t usually spend our time climbing mountains! 😆 But Rebuild and Reset, from the GPS Sportsline did wonders to quickly ease our calves back into tip-top shape.

Y’all, I’m not trying to be a walking, talking commercial, but I gotta literally shout it from the top of a mountain; this stuff is amazing. I’ll never take anything else again for my exercise adventures!

Raising teenagers is an interesting season.

They’re “too big” For fun things you used to do together. They’ve got work schedules to juggle, friends, and plans for the future!

And we parents have 3 businesses, ministry to the Lord and whatever He wants us to do, and more!

So, family time has to be very intentional and closely guarded. Every Sunday evening 6pm and beyond is family night. No phones, no movies, just uninterrupted time together.

Last night Jeremiah and I made homemade chicken and broccoli Alfredo while our foster daughter and her mom made apple crisp for dessert and our daughter Marlena set the table.

Yes, we ABSOLUTELY include our foster daughter’s mother in family night, cuz she’s family!

After dinner and apple crisp on vanilla ice cream we put an interesting wooden and very oddly shaped puzzle together! It was challenging and fun and beautiful to see our family working together to get it done. A lot of laughing and love was shared last night.

So, have hope! The teenage years don’t have to be feared or dreaded. Speak life while your children are young and reap the rewards then!
