Last Saturday, Dr. Ca Trice Glenn was a panel guest for Hopewell Women of Hope (WOH) “Women at the Table” event. We had an honest conversation about faith and mental health, the pressure many women carry, and practical ways to care for our minds, bodies, and spiritual lives without shame. Thank you to WOH for creating a space where stories can be shared and support can be named.

If you were in the room, what was one takeaway you are carrying into this week.

Ever feel like resolving conflicts at church is like navigating a maze? It can be tricky, but with a little grace and intentionality, those twists and turns can lead to stronger bonds and deeper understanding.

In times of disagreement, it's easy to react with frustration, but imagine the peace we could cultivate if we approached each situation with love and purpose. It's not just about avoiding conflict, but transforming it into an opportunity for growth and unity.

I remember a time in my own church when a small misunderstanding could have escalated, but instead, our community chose to listen and empathize. It was a turning point that brought us closer together.

How do you approach conflict in your community? Share your stories and let’s learn from each other’s experiences.
