It is now day 49! It is the last day of preparing using the sefirot, the 7 attributes of human emotion. This evening is malchut of malchut, the sovereignty of sovereignty. This is the last step in evaluating yourself and getting ready for receiving more of the Torah in your life and God's Holy Spirit as well as anything else He wishes for you to receive at this feast time! Examine the power of your authority. There's a difference between adults whom children listen to and whom they don't. The same goes for animals. If there is fear, doubt or indecision in you, it shows through. On the other hand, if you are full of arrogance, pride or hatefulness, then that fosters rebellion. We should strive to have balance in our lives. Knowing the authority we have on this earth and in the spiritual realm and walking in it requires all of the attributes; loving kindness, discipline, compassion, humility, endurance, bonding and sovereignty.

Do you know the authority you have? Do you let fear or pride stifle your sovereignty?

Live the life God has called you to. Take up the mantle He has given you or wants to give you.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1 Peter 2:9

and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Ephesians 2:6

(for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
2 Corinthians 10:4

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Mark 16:17‭-‬18

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:12

The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
Romans 8:16‭-‬17

It is now day 48 of the count. We are in the final stages now of preparation for receiving what God has for us. We are thinking about yesod of malchut, the bonding/ foundation of sovereignty/leadership. If we are of the household of God, then our foundation is built on the prophets and apostles with Yeshua as the cornerstone by whom we grow and are being built together into a holy temple of the Spirit of God (Ephesians 2:19-22). With Yeshua and His Word as our foundation, we bond with Him being built into a temple of the Holy Spirit. How fitting that during this time, we are getting ready for the Holy Spirit.

What is your foundation built on? Does your sovereignty get in the way of your faith?

Make sure that you have laid the proper foundation in your life and that you are prepared for God's will and His Spirit.

Almost there! We are on the 47th day of the omer, hod of malchut, the humility of sovereignty. People in authority should not be arrogant, (although we do see a lot of it) but humble, knowing that their authority comes from and continues by the will of the Almighty God (Romans 13:1). All authority comes under the headship of God and should seek His council daily.

None of us know everything. Part of humility is to recognize that you can always be wrong about something. Do you seek wisdom and direction from God daily? Are you willing to consider another's perspective? Are you willing to put yourself aside for the betterment of others?

Find your humility in any leadership role you have. Serve one another and show the light of God.
(1 Peter 5:1-14)

We are now in day 46, netzach of malchut, the endurance of sovereignty. One can only maintain leadership by enduring through the trials that come with it. It can be quite arduous being in any kind of authority. You might often be questioned or disrespected. Learning to let it all roll off you and deal with it in wisdom and prayer allows you to stick with it and keep on going. Enduring through helps your character and wisdom to grow (Romans 5:3-4).

Remember that even God is long-suffering towards us (2 Peter 3:9). He endures/is patient with us so that we have more time to come to Him.

Anytime quitting might come to mind, evaluate in prayer. If it's where you need to be, then persevere and remain steadfast in what the Lord has given you.

It is day 45 of the omer count, tiferet of malchut, the compassion of sovereignty. Good leadership usually has some empathy for its charges which gives way to compassion for them. Soldiers and most managers and lead executives start off in the lower ranks and work their way up. This gives them perspective and insight into those positions and what it takes to work them. This should give these leaders the ability to lead with compassion having been in the same situation previously. Yeshua did this by becoming a little lower than the angels (Heb. 2:9) and being tempted just like we are (Heb. 4:15). He put himself in our position, so he had and has the ultimate compassion for all of us.

Each of us has an amount of sovereignty over ourselves, our thoughts and judgments. Next time you think poorly of another, put yourself in that person's position with as much background as possible and think if you can find that compassion for him/her. Then, handling that situation should become much easier.

It is the 44th day of the count up, gevurah of malchut, the discipline of sovereignty/leadership. A leader must be disciplined him/herself in order to lead, but also be able to make sound judgments in disciplining the ones that are being led. Being too soft or too hard with them can lead them in the wrong direction. Using strong, but wise discipline keeps things running smoothly.

Authority is in place to punish the wrongdoers and keep safe the ones who do right (Romans 13:3-4). It is not for selfish motives. A disciplined leader brings forth good fruit in his/her people. Yeshua is our good shepherd/leader (John 10:11). He does and did do what is right for us.

How do you use discipline in your own life and how do you use it in places where you have authority? Is it with others in mind? Do you use God's handbook to guide you?

Whatever you may be in charge of (even if only yourself), make sure you discipline with strength, wisdom, humility and love.

Welcome to the last week of the count, week 7. This week is all about malchut, sovereignty or kingdom. We are a part of the Kingdom of God. We are seated in the Heavenly places being a co-heir with Messiah Yeshua! Our kingdom is not of this earth and our sovereignty comes from being a child of the Great Elohim.

It is day 43, which focuses on chesed of malchut, the loving kindness of sovereignty. Royalty has a nobility to it, a graciousness. When faced with a hateful person, a noble person doesn't respond with the same, but with loving kindness, even if that person doesn't deserve it. This doesn't necessarily forego any discipline, it's just not allowing yourself to get pulled into any traps. Our Heavenly Father extends this love to us. He doesn't get involved with our petty arguments or frustrations, but reminds us of the good and how to respond with the attitude of a true leader.

Pray to clearly hear the voice of the Holy Spirit during times of confrontation and learn to act out of loving kindness rather than any stress or arrogance, remembering that we are all beloved of the Almighty.

Day 42 is here, malchut of yesod, the sovereignty of bonding. Sovereignty has an aspect of dignity to it. When you have healthy bonds, they should build you up. They should strengthen your dignity and give you confidence. Bonds built and maintained on the aforementioned attributes are the type that give this sense of sovereignty. When you grow closer to God, he lifts you up. He reminds you who you are and that you are loved. This should happen in your other bonds as well.

Remind yourself today of the healthy bonds you have and thank God for them. I like to say a prayer for those relationships to endure and stay healthy.

The 41st day of the omer is here, yesod of yesod, the bonding/foundation of bonding. Bonding requires effort. It can come through a variety of ways, but you must be willing to do the work. We have been focusing on what bonds are built on; love, discipline, compassion, and humility. It takes all of these to make that lasting foundation, along with time. If you pay attention to buildings as they are built, you'll notice it takes a while once they break ground to get that foundation just right. Then, all of a sudden you begin to notice the structure going up quickly. You have to take the necessary time and effort to build strong foundations for successful bonds in your life.

Spend some time with a loved one and with God, strengthening those bonds.

05/14/2026

It is the 40th day of the omer, hod of yesod, the humility of bonding. In order to bond, it takes a certain amount of humility. No one wants to form a bond with someone who only thinks of his/herself. Where arrogance divides, humility bonds. A humble person recognizes that no good thing in themselves exists apart from God, that our righteousness is as filthy rags (Is. 64:6). This humility allows for a more positive view of others (instead of just yourself) which helps to make and keep bonds.

Also, a person who wants to bond with God has to humble him/herself before Him. Exalting God above all else and realizing his ways are higher than yours, puts you right where you need to be in order to grow close with Him.

Think on how you can further humble yourself before God to build a deeper bond with Him.
