Pastor Neal has been preaching a series of messages on the topic of mercy. God has used him and used these messages in a great way. It is hard to pick a favorite in this series, but for me it might be “Mercy for All Nations” that he preached this past Sunday on “All Nations Sunday.”
Here are a few of the tremendous quotes and snippets from that message… which one is your favorite??

All Nations Sunday
1. When Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost, it was not some of the lost, but all of the lost… in every village, tribe, and nation.
2. At the cross, God opened the door to every nation. (Eph 2:14) “For he is our peace, who hath made both one,…” thus the way to God is fully open and available.
3. If we have received mercy, then we have a responsibility to have that mercy flow through us and extend beyond us. The mercy of God was never meant to stop with us but was meant to flow through us.
4. World Missions is the mercy of God that we put in motion through the preaching of the Gospel.
5. God told Israel, I didn’t choose you for you but so that the light of the Gospel could go out to the world through you.
6. World Missions is simply carrying the mercy to others that was first shown to us.
7. When God gives us a glimpse of Heaven in Scripture, we do not just see one nation gathered around the throne. Rev. 7:9-10
8. One day, we will gather around the throne with that Filipino brother and African sister that we have not yet met, but we will be there together because of mercy. No one there will say, “I earned this or deserved this” but will say “I am here because of the mercy of God!”
9. The mercy that reached you was never meant to stop with you. Make sure you enjoy God‘s mercy and make sure you rejoice in God‘s mercy but remember that He also saved you so that you will share that mercy with others.
10. The church has not been given political orders or social agenda but has been entrusted with a message of mercy to proclaim to all.
