What a summer watching God at work.

These 27 people represent different ages, backgrounds, experiences, and stories. Each took a different path to get here, but they all share one thing in common: new life found in Jesus.

Every baptism was a chance to see how God is meeting people right where they are, changing hearts, restoring hope, and writing new chapters. Some of these stories have been years in the making. Others are just beginning. Every one of them matters.

Together, these faces tell the story of a summer we won’t forget. We’re grateful for all God has done and excited for what’s ahead.

We are excited to celebrate a very special milestone together—the 60th Anniversary of First Christian Church (1C)!

Join us on Sunday, September 13th from 11:45 AM – 3:00 PM for a meaningful time of fellowship and celebration at Nichols Park, at the pavilion next to the playground.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our church family to come together, reflect on God’s faithfulness over the past 60 years, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of connection and celebration.

Family Dedication is a ceremony where parents publicly commit to raising their child in a Christian faith, seeking God's guidance and support from the church community. It's a time for parents to express their desire to raise their child with Christian values and to ask for God's blessing and the church's support in that endeavor.

This is typically for children Birth-2 years old, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions or different situations!
