Final stages at Henry A. Williams Cemetery. With Mr. Jarman's help, we leveled large headstones and repaired a row of small monuments. Working in the shade did not alleviate the unbearable heat, but we continued. I will return to complete some minor tasks.

Joe Jarman learned about the cemetery on the corner of Old 30 and Piney Green, not found on Find A Grave or Billion Graves. The 1860 U.S. census listed Jasper as a farmer and Mary as a school teacher, with two sons, John Gilmer aged 8 and Thomas aged 5.

This morning, I worked independently at the John A Williams cemetery’s. Although progress is slow, I successfully completed the first row. To complete my task, I estimate needing around half a truckload of dirt, possibly more, and would be grateful for any help. I’ll be working this cemetery this week from 9 to 1130, or until I finish it, if anyone wants to help stop by. TIA. It’s hot.

Here's the link to "Former Landowners of Camp Lejeune". It lists the Camp Lejeune paperwork associated with the acquisition of each parcel of land in the 1940's for the establishment of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

This is the J. W. Brown Family Cemetery located in the Haws Run area of Jacksonville, North Carolina. Joe Jarman visited the cemetery and provided great photographs. There are 9 graves, 8 with headstones. These graves were moved in the early 1940's, from the Brown Cemetery that was located in the Dixon area on the land that was acquired for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

I was informed of this cemetery, The Marshall Family Cemetery that it may be in need of some help. It looks great and no need of our assistance at this time. I believe there 14 burials here.

During a visit to the Walton-Barber cemetery to locate a burial list at the John Daniel Walton Family Cemetery for (Zachary Vann Willaford 1987-2009), I was not able too located it nonetheless, I noticed two CSA monuments requiring restoration.

During a visit to the John Daniel Walton Family Cemetery, I reflected on Izaak Newton Walton and undertook a test with our manufactured headstones. Given that the gold markers are prone to degradation and letter loss over time, which could result in an unmarked grave, I wish to apply epoxy to bond the marker to its base, thereby preserving its integrity.
