📖 𝟏 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟕:𝟑𝟓
"And this I say for your own profit, not that I may put a leash on you, but for what is proper, and that you may serve the Lord without distraction."

It's Day 3 and today let's look at the true heart of our fast. It isn’t just about changing what we eat; it’s about changing what we consume.

We fast so we can clear away the noise, quiet the appetites of the world, and attend to the Lord without anything holding back our attention.

Today, let's intentionally set aside the phone scrolling, the busywork, and the mental clutter. Give Him your undivided focus.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫:
Lord, remove the distractions that pull us away from You. Help us to guard our focus today and sit at Your feet with an open heart. Amen.

We’ve made it to Day 3! Today, we are turning down the noise of the world and turning up our communication with God. It’s All-Day Prayer Wednesday.

Fasting disconnects us from the physical, but prayer connects us to the spiritual. You don’t need hours of uninterrupted silence to pray today—just keep an open conversation with Him through every hour, task, and challenge.
