You’re always in my heart
ONE YEAR WITHOUT YOU, MY FATHER GABRIEL NHIAL JEING 🕊️💔
Today marks one year since you left this world, my beloved father, Gabriel Nhial Jieng. One year has passed, but the pain of losing you still feels as fresh as yesterday. There are moments when I still wish I could hear your voice, see your smile, receive your wisdom, and sit beside you once again.
You were not only my father. You were my example, my hero, my leader, my teacher, and my greatest inspiration. You taught us that true leadership is not about power or position, but about serving others with humility, compassion, courage, and love.
You opened your heart to the orphans and widows, stood with those who had no one to stand for them, and gave hope to people who were forgotten. Your life was a reflection of God’s heart—full of mercy, generosity, love, and care for the vulnerable.
Dad, your footprints are too deep for time to erase. The values you taught me, the lives you touched, and the love you gave continue to live through us. Even though your physical presence is no longer with us, your spirit, your legacy, and your example remain alive in our hearts.
I miss you more than words can ever express. I miss your guidance. I miss your presence. I miss the way you made people feel safe and loved. If love could bring you back, you would be here with us today.
On this first anniversary, I do not only mourn your passing—I celebrate the extraordinary life you lived and the countless lives you touched.
May God, whose heart you served so faithfully, receive you into His eternal kingdom. May He continue to comfort our family, the orphans, the widows, and everyone who carries your memory.
Rest peacefully, my father, my hero, my exemplary, and my leader.
Your life was a blessing.
Your memory is a treasure.
Your absence is a wound.
Your legacy is forever.
One year gone, but never forgotten.
Until we meet again, Dad. 🕊️❤️
Missionary you’re — forever in our hearts, forever in our memories, forever a servant of God and His people.
