I’m excited to welcome to our Right On Track team! Kendra was a Division 1 distance coach for six years at Notre Dame and Dartmouth and after stepping away from coaching to begin raising a family, she’s entering back in the game to help athletes navigate the recruiting process and pursue their collegiate opportunities. Kendra resides in central Indiana and will cover the Indiana and Michigan area for us!
Graduating from Noblesville High School in Indiana, she went on to run for Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI. At Grand Valley, Kendra was a contributing member of 3 national championship cross country teams, a 2x cross country individual national champion, and a 10,000m national champion, in addition to the 17 All-American’s she earned while in a Laker uniform. Following her graduation, she spent a year road racing for New Balance while volunteer coaching at her alma mater.
In 2018, she joined the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish as the Women’s Assistant Cross Country Coach and Assistant Men’s and Woman’s Track Coach. At Notre Dame, she assisted with a 7th place National finish, and multiple All-Americans including Indiana legend Anna Rohere, and Michigan legend Rachel DaDamio. She was also working at Notre Dame while Yared Nuguse at the Fighting Irish Men’s DMR took home the National Title.
In 2021, Kendra left Notre Dame, to take an opportunity as the Women’s Head Cross Country Coach and Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Assistant Coach at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. At Dartmouth, she coached multiple Ivy League champions, and NCAA Regional Qualifiers. In addition, she coached the men’s distance squad for 2 different seasons – one cross country season, and one track season.
