The Chosen Generation singing group will be at the Bayou Wesleyan Church!!
Tomorrow, May 1st at six p.m.! Bring a friend and worship in song and fellowship. It will be a great night. It’s free to come and we hope to see you!

Today we had a great service! We had amazing worship and an awesome word from Pastor Roger Bowers.
He taught about Holy Week and humility.

Some key scriptures he preached out of are:
Matthew 21:1-11
Matthew 21:13
James 4:10
Philippians 2:1-7
Isaiah 53
Hebrews 12:1-3

He also touched on James 1:5 and Psalm 37.

He preached on letting God be God and his enemies be scattered. Wait for the voice of God and His commands.

Psalm Sunday is about fickle people.

Jesus was a loyal and humble servant and we should strive to be like him.

We had about sixty one people in attendance this week! The sermon was filled with the Holy Spirit!

We hope you can join us at 11am next week for Easter Service and baptisms!

Our fish fry will be July 14th for morning service. Also, we’ll have singing and great fellowship. We will also have a baptism. Bring all your friends! If you wish, you can bring food or desserts! There is never too much food.
