Family Challenge(try at least one):

📅 Plan 1 meal together this week. No phones, just laughter, storytelling, and connection.

👣 Go on 1 family walk. Pray together before or after.

📝 Start a “Gratitude Journal.” Each person writes one thing they’re thankful for every day.
