Emmanuel Outreach Ministries COGIC Emmanuel Outreach Ministries was conceived by God in 1995 through Elder Randall Ray Threadgill. The church's symbol is a Dove.

Although it was conceived in 1995 God allowed it to come forth on May 17, 2009 in Idabel, Oklahoma.

Thankful that we have made it this far, leaning and trusting the word of the Lord. He has never failed us.
