To All Grow & Glorify Subscribers!

SUBSCRIPTION EXTENSION: September 7th! (Read for more information)

We are so grateful for your interest and the subscription purchases you have made, and we pray you are enjoying each magazine issue that comes out! Our team is working diligently to produce a wonderful product that is full of insights, study, ideas, devotions, and much more. We are so proud of their work and efforts, and we know the Lord will continue to use this product in a wonderful way to bless people around the world.

As of yesterday, September 1st, we still have not reached our goal of 200 subscribers for the printed magazine, which was the goal date for this issue. While we are well over halfway there, 200 is the minimum number requirement we must have to begin the printed editions, based on our printer's guidelines for print and mail-out.

To give us the best shot at hitting that number for this first issue, we're offering a one-time extension of our sign-up window through September 7th. If we reach 200 subscribers by then, we'll move forward with printing this September–October issue and get it in your hands right away. If we fall short, we'll aim to make the November-December issue our first in print.

In the meantime, as a print subscriber, you already have full access to the digital edition, so you won't miss a single issue while we work toward our print goal. Your monthly subscription will also continue at its normal rate during this time. We want to be completely transparent: every dollar you give is carefully stewarded and goes directly toward bringing this magazine into print and making it even better as we grow. We are working as diligently as we can to get Grow & Glorify into your hands in print as soon as possible, and we're grateful for your trust and partnership as we get there.

We're deeply grateful for your patience and understanding as we work to bring this magazine into print so you can enjoy it and share it with your friends and family.

Thank you again for your support of this magazine and this work. If you have any questions at all, we'd love to hear from you and help however we can.

Executive Director, Excel Still More Inc.

If you are currently an E-Zine subscriber and would like to switch to the printed edition, it's easy to do, and you'll still keep full access to the digital version, too!
To change your subscription:
Cancel your current digital subscription
Sign up for the Print Subscription and complete the required information
Submit your payment information
Finish your subscription
It's as simple as that! Once your new subscription is in place, you'll regain access to all digital issues right away, and your subscription will count toward the 200 we need to bring this first issue to print.

In the Margins | 2 Timothy | Days 10-15 📖

We’re a few weeks into In the Margins, our 60-day walk through 2 Timothy here at Grow & Glorify, and this week’s pages had me flipping back and forth between 1 Timothy and 2 Timothy, watching the same words show up... and hit completely differently the second time.

Take the gift of God, the one Paul reminds Timothy he was given. In the first letter, Paul says don’t neglect it. Just don’t let it go cold. But in the second letter, that same instruction turns into fan it into flame. Not maintenance. Ignition. That shift alone had me sitting with a hard question: am I tending what God gave me, or just barely keeping it alive?

Then there’s fight the good fight, and this one might be my favorite parallel in the whole letter. In 1 Timothy, it’s a command Paul gives Timothy: fight. In 2 Timothy, it becomes Paul’s own testimony: I have fought the good fight. Past tense. Finished. It’s like the moment Paul knows Timothy is in the fight for good, he’s finally able to lay his own weapons down. Not because he’s giving up. Because the mission outlived him.

Set side by side like this, you can feel the difference in the two letters. 1 Timothy is practical, a how-to for running the race well. 2 Timothy is something else entirely, a man’s last plea, poured out with everything he has left.

Did you catch a parallel like this in your own reading this week? I’d love to see it.

With a marked-up Bible and a full heart,
Kristy 💕

In the Margins | 2 Timothy | Days 6-9 📖
This week’s pages in our In the Margins study step back from outlining to ask a question I love sitting with: who actually was Timothy, to Paul?

Days 6-9 have us digging into their history together. Timothy’s faith passed down through his mother and grandmother. Paul calling him his true child. Years spent side by side in ministry, through prison, through hardship, through everything. And the more I sat with it, one thing kept rising to the top: how precious Timothy was to Paul.

This isn’t a formal handoff between colleagues. This is a man who knew his time was almost up, aching for the people and the work he loved, choosing to trust every bit of it to Timothy. Not because Timothy had it all figured out. Because Paul believed he could carry it, and would.

What a thing, to be that kind of person! It made me sit back and ask myself honestly: would the people who know me best trust me with something that precious?

I’d love to hear what stood out to you this week! Drop a picture of your notes, or just tell me in the comments.

With a marked-up Bible and a full heart, Kristy 💕
