Standing strong in the Armor of God to defend our faith. We, as believers, should be working out of purpose for God every day.

Paul states it perfectly in his letter to the Ephesians how they might better understand the dimensions of God’s eternal purpose and grace and come to appreciate the high goals God has for the church. If we remain strong in the Lord and act as His warriors, then we can unite and have victory over the evil one. Ephesians 6:10-20 says Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on th

e full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. This message is the foundation for Warriors for God. Believers uniting together to defend our faith, stand firm for our King, and be disciples for God. We stand with the full armor of God!

What do you think about this? Should we find our beauty and worth in what other people say or how they treat us? Genesis 1:27 and Matthew 10:29-31 tells us otherwise. But in reality, we are called to show love and kindness to others, and in turn, people see the love of Christ through our actions and how we treat them. Parents and mentors play a crucial role in this as they guide children. The worldly forces that our children battle each day tend to tear them down, so it is up to parents and mentors to help them see their worth, value, and purpose in this life. What can you do today to raise someone up, encourage them, and help them see their worth?

Warriors for God and Hunt Baptist Church delivered 30 meals and care packages today in downtown San Antonio to people living on the streets. Everyone was so grateful for the food, love, and prayers. Thank you to everyone who provided $ for the meals.

We will be going back out again on Friday after Thanksgiving if you would like to help. Just message us or visit our website and make a donation. 87% of people living on the streets come from severely abusive childhoods, addictions, and 9:10 have a severe mental illness. If we can help by feeding them, praying for them, and showing compassion then we have shown God’s love. 💕 🙏🏻

Veterans Day was created to give honor to those who have fought for our freedom. Thank you, Veterans, for your sacrifice!! 💕🇺🇸

One of the best studies of sacrifice can be found in Matthew when we learn about John the Baptist paving the way for Jesus. We see the true meaning behind repentance and turning away from sin. As Christians, we outwardly express an inward decision to live our lives for Jesus.

Stephen Armstrong says in his Matthew study that, “Even though God calls the unqualified to serve Him, He won’t leave them untrained.”

I encourage you on this Veteran’s Day to pick up your sword and start training. We must be prepared for the battle! 🛡️ ⚔️ 🙏🏻

One of the best sources of Bible studies for all levels of learning is Verse by Verse International at versebyverseministry.org. They go through New and Old Testament books verse by verse and look at the cultural and historical perspectives and consider original translations.
