The year was 1️⃣9️⃣8️⃣8️⃣ — neon colors, boomboxes, & mixtapes! 💿

This past weekend our đoàn celebrated our 38th birthday by bringing it back to 1988, the year we were established.

We started off celebrating mass & promoting our newest Huynh Trưởng Cấp I:

❤️ Joseph Nguyễn Ân

Then it was time to the party! Our performers really brought us back to the 80s with all the hits and tributes to some of the greatest artists — Michael Jackson, Wham!, Rick Astley, and Belinda Carlisle 🎤

We wouldn’t have our birthday celebration without:
❤️ các Huynh Trưởng who made all of the amazing props/decor and became choreographers every Friday night for the last few months
💙 các Trợ Tá who provided all of the yummy food and served it to all of our guests
💛 các em who came out to practice everyone week and put on such amazing performances

and lastly, everyone who came out to support and celebrate with us! Thank you all for such a great time! 🥳

You’ve got mail! 💌

This past weekend, our HSTT Maegan lead the Hope Post project, with the purpose of spreading kindness and hope by sending handmade cards to children in hospitals to make their days a little brighter. With the help of the whole Đoàn, we exceeded our goal of 200 cards!

We hope that this project puts a smile on the faces of the children receiving our cards 😊
