NOVIDO is an independent, non-political, non-profit organization established in the United States of America to represent social interests for Ezidi's (Yazidi)community and other minority in the United States and the world. The Organization is a non-profit corporation organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) 3 of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The Organization's main goal to provide the following Services:
Facilitate the delivery of assistance by coordinating with other non-profits and NGO’s. Build good relationship with ways of improving Eizedian Community in Iraq. Improve a group’s environment or circumstances by providing direct humanitarian assistance to meet the immediate needs of the people. Advocate for the introduction of a displaced minority - ethnic groups religion and culture including Yazidi, Christian and other minorities to American Society through community as well as university education programs.

> Educate non-governmental organization about the Eizedis
Assist displaced refugees re-settle and assimilate by providing community services to help them to adjust. Provide a resource to re-unify family members displaced and separated as a result of conflict. Advance minority interests by assisting refugee’s (Asylum & SIV) immigrate to sponsoring countries through re-settlement programs and provide community services to help them to resettle in USA by providing them access to training, education, employment and other assistance programs.
