Dear Friends,

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Ms. Sally’s son, Eddie. After completing one round of chemotherapy, he had some complications. After returning to the hospital, scans showed that his organs were shutting down. After a couple of days in ICU, they moved him to hospice where he went peacefully and is now in the loving arms of our Lord. Ms. Sally was able to be by his side the whole time.

Please continue to lift up her family in your prayers, asking God for comfort, strength, and peace during this unimaginably difficult time. Every prayer and act of kindness means more than words can express. Thank you for the overwhelming support and for surrounding Ms. Sally and her family with your love and prayers. It is deeply appreciated.

There is still time to donate to the GoFundMe campaign. The funds will go toward a headstone and the funeral arrangements.

Our Tamale Fundraiser has ended. We will distribute the purchased tamales on Sunday, December 14th and Monday, December 15th. Thank you for supporting our dear teacher, Ms. Sally. We received orders for more than 100 dozen tamales. Your generosity is overwhelming. God bless you!

We partnered with Scholastic and non-profit, Beyond Bedtime, and collected pajamas for the 16th Annual Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. In celebration of everyone's generous giving, we had Pajama Day!

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that our very own Sally Duran, Ms. Sally in our infant class, needs our support. Her son, Eduardo Hernandez, has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. After the recent lost of her brother, Ms. Sally is taking this news very hard. We would like to ask if you would please share this page, and consider donating to Eduardo's GoFundMe page to help with medical treatment payments.

Many of you have had your babies in Ms. Sally's infant class over the years. She is precious to us and we want to show her our love and support. Please pray for God's comfort, peace, and healing for Eduardo, Ms. Sally, and their family. We appreciate your support.
