As many of you know, Gateway Church was recently the victim of a cyber attack that emptied our church bank accounts.
While we are confident these funds will eventually be recovered, the process could take up to six months. Unfortunately, we only have enough reserves to sustain church operations for about one month.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 to bridge the gap so we can:
• Continue supporting our staff
• Keep every ministry operating
• Pay our bills
• Avoid taking on more debt
In light of all that God has been doing at Gateway, we are not at all surprised that the enemy would attack. In the days surrounding this event, we celebrated 11 students being baptized, sent 30 children to camp, and commissioned missionaries to El Salvador to help plant a new church. Even in the midst of this spiritual warfare, we remain confident that God is at work, and we are more committed than ever to the mission He has called us to.
