Too Much Thinking While Meditating On The Breath?
That’s totally normal! There are a few other practice options you could try. I’ll give you two to start - try them. Start by practicing for only 2 or 3 minutes just to get the hang of it.
1) close you eyes and do a listening practice - just pay attention to what you hear.
Or 2) try breathing, noticing your breath, and counting each one up till 5 - then start over again each time you reach 5.
