अनुग्रह आणि सद्गुरू नाम०१
आपण बघितलं की मनाची अवस्था कशा प्रकारे नमन करायची तसेच मनाला कसं बाह्य जगापासून तोडून अंतर जगतात स्थित करायचं ; हे सगळं ज्यावेळी आम्ही अनुभुतीत आणू, त्यावेळी आमच्या जीवनाचे साफल्य झाल्यासारखे होईल. या ठिकाणी सर्वात महत्त्वाचं म्हणजे आध्यात्मिक वाटचालीत आत्मज्ञानी सद्गुरू भगवंतांचे योगदान सर्वस्वी राहते आणि राहणार यात कोणतेही दुमत नाही. मगं आता अध्यात्माचा पुढील प्रवास, जिवसाठी अतिशय महत्त्वाचा आहे. त्यातीलच पहिला टप्पा, पाहिली पायरी म्हणजे सद्गुरू भगवंतांचा अनुग्रह आणि सद्गुरू नाम !
बघा की बऱ्याच वेळेला आपला फार मोठा गैरसमज होत असतो की, अनुग्रह आणि गुरुनाम, गुरु दीक्षा हे सर्व शब्द एकाच अर्थामध्ये बसतात, परंतु त्यांचा अर्थ पूर्णतः वेगळा आहे. अनुग्रह म्हणजे काय ? अनुग्रह आणि गुरुनाम यामध्ये एक वाक्यता जरी असली तरी यावर विचार मंथन केले, तर आपल्याला यातील फरक सहज लक्षात येण्यासारखे आहे. अनुग्रह म्हणजे, च्या जवळ असणे, च्या सहवासात असणे, च्या कृपाछत्राखाली असणे, च्यां सानिध्यात असणे असा होतो. मग या "च्या" च्या पुढे सद्गुरु भगवंतांचे नाम ठेवले तर नव्हें नव्हें सद्गुरूंनाच ठेवले तर ! म्हणजे सद्गुरू नामच खरा अनुग्रह होईल. आता प्रश्न असा येतो की, सद्गुरु नामाच्या जवळ असणे म्हणजे नेमके काय ? सद्गुरु नामाच्या कृपा छत्राखाली असणे म्हणजे नेमके काय ? सद्गुरूंच्या सहवासात असणे म्हणजे नेमके दूर काय ? सदुरूंचा वरदहस्त मिळणे म्हणजे काय ? या सर्वांचा एकत्रित अर्थाचे उत्तर म्हणजे अनुग्रह होतो.
दुसरं म्हणजे सद्गुरु नाम ! सद्गुरूंनी आपल्या वाणीतून आपल्याला दिलेले नाम अथवा गुरु मंत्र म्हणजेच सद्गुरू नाम ! सद्गुरूंनी दिलेले नाम म्हणजे, जीवाला प्राप्त होणारे मूळ नाम होय. मग बरीच मंडळी म्हणतील की, आम्हाला तर आमच्या आई-वडिलांनी अगोदर नाव दिलेलेच आहे. उदाहरणार्थ राम, शाम, नामदेव ही जी नामाभीधान आहेत, ही नामाभिधाने आमचे नातेवाईक, आप्तेष्ट या शरीराला संबोधण्यासाठी देतात. बघा मूल ज्यावेळी आईच्या उदरामध्ये वाढत असते, त्यावेळेला ते शुद्ध, बुद्ध, चैतन्यस्वरूप आत्मा असते. म्हणजे त्याला कुठलेही नाम नसते. मग आमचे नातेवाईक आमचा जन्म झाल्यावर आम्हाला कोणत्या नावाने संबोधतील ? म्हणूनच आमच्या शरीराला नाव दिले जाते.
परंतु ज्यावेळी आत्मज्ञानी सद्गुरू समर्थ आपल्याला भेटतात, त्यावेळी आमच्या स्वतःची खरी ओळख आम्हाला या नामरूपाने होते. हे नामरूप म्हणजेच आमचे खरे नामकरण असते. आम्हाला ज्यावेळी सद्गुरूंकडून गुरुदिक्षा मिळते, त्यावेळी आम्हाला आमच्या खऱ्या नामाची ओळख होते. म्हणजेच आम्हाला आमच्या खऱ्या स्वरूपाची ओळख होते. याच नामाच्या आधारे आम्ही आमच्यातील आत्मतत्त्वाला ओळखू शकतो. कारण या नामरूपाच्या माध्यमातून त्या निर्गुण निराकार परमात्म्याला आम्ही सद्गुरूंच्या रूपाने सगुण साकारात अनुभवू शकतो. त्यासाठीच प्रत्येक जीवाला गुरुदीक्षा ही घेतलीच पाहिजे. आपल्या संत साहित्यात म्हणूनच ठेवले आहे "ज्याने गुरु नाही केला त्याचा जन्म वाया गेला" या युक्तीचा जर उलगडा करायचा झाला तर, आम्हाला अनुग्रह आणि सद्गुरू नाम या गोष्टींचा जीवनामध्ये अंगीकार केलाच पाहिजे .
या दोन्ही महा शब्दांमध्ये फार मोठी एक वाक्यता आहे. परंतु अनुग्रह आणि सद्गुरु नाम वेगवेगळ्या पद्धतीने समजून घेणे नितांत गरजेचे आहे. कारण या दोन्ही मधील संतुलन एकमेकांना पूरक आहे. म्हणूनच बऱ्याच वेळेला आम्ही अनुग्रह हा शब्द देखील सद्गुरु नामाऐवजी वापरतो अथवा सद्गुरु नाम हा शब्द अनुग्रहाऐवजी वापरतो. यासाठी आम्हाला अनुग्रह आणि सद्गुरु नाम यांचा वेगवेगळ्या पद्धतीने अभ्यास करावा लागेल. त्यानंतरच आम्हाला या दोन महा शब्दांमध्ये एक वाक्यता समजून येईल आणि आमच्या मनामध्ये तयार झालेले समज गैरसमज दूर होतील. जसे की आपण मागे बघितलं; आपल्याला मिळालेला मानव जन्म हा काही योगायोग नाही, तर ही त्या विश्वनियंत्याची कलाकारीच आहे. ही त्या विश्वनियंत्याची असीम कृपाच आहे, म्हणून की काय आम्हाला इतकी मोठी संधी लाभली आहे. या मानव देहाच्या वरदानाबरोबरच; भगवंताने आम्हाला मन आणि बुद्धी हे अंतर इंद्रिये देखील बहाल केली आहे. या पाठीमागे बरीच कारणे आहेत, यावर आपण मागे सखोल विचार मंथन केलेले आहेच. आध्यात्मिक वाटचाल करताना मन आणि बुद्धी यांचा सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोन कसा तयार करता येईल, यावर देखील आपण विचार मंथन केलेले आहे. इथून पुढचा प्रवास हा आपण केवळ आणि केवळ अध्यात्मशास्त्रावरच करणार आहोत. त्यातीलच पहिली पायरी म्हणजे, वर सांगितल्याप्रमाणे अनुग्रह आणि सद्गुरू नाम हे आहे.

Anugraha and Sadguru Naam 01
We have seen how to bow down the state of mind and how to separate the mind from the external world and place it in the world of distance; When we realize all this, our life will be cleared. The most important thing here is that there is no doubt that the contribution of the enlightened Guru Bhagavan in the spiritual journey remains and will continue to be complete. So now the further journey of spirituality is very important for the soul. The first stage of it, the first step is Sadguru's grace and Sadguru's name!
See, many times we have a big misunderstanding that the words Anugraha and Gurunam, Guru Diksha all fit in the same meaning, but their meaning is completely different. What is grace? Although there is a similarity between Anugrah and Gurunam, if we think about it, we can easily see the difference between them. Anugraha means to be close to, to be in the company of, to be under the favor of, to be in the presence of. Then if the name of Sadhguru Bhagwant is placed next to this "of", not if Sadguru is kept only! That means Sadguru's name will be a true blessing. Now the question comes that, what exactly does it mean to be close to the name of Sadhguru? What exactly does it mean to be under the grace of Sadguru? Being in the company of Sadhguru, what exactly is far away? What does it mean to get the upper hand? The collective meaning of all these answers is grace.
Second is the name of Sadhguru! Sadguru's name given to us by his voice or Guru Mantra means Sadguru's name! The name given by Sadhguru is the original name received by the soul. Then many people will say that we have been given a name by our parents. For example Ram, Sham, Namdev which are Namabhidhana, these Namabhidhanas are given by our relative, Apteshta to address this body. See, when the child is growing in the mother's womb, it is a pure, Buddha, conscious soul. That means he has no name. Then what name will our relatives call us when we are born? That is why our body is named.
But when the enlightened Sadhguru Samarth meets us, we get to know our true self in this name. This name is our true name. When we receive Gurudiksha from the Guru, we come to know our true name. That is, we get to know our true nature. On the basis of this name we can identify the Atmattattva within us. Because through this name, we can experience that Nirguna formless Supreme Being in the form of Sadguru. For that every soul must take Gurudiksha. If we want to unravel the trick of "He who does not have a Guru is born wasted" as laid down in our saint literature, we must adopt Anugraha and Sadguru Naam in our life.
There is a great similarity between these two great words. But it is very important to understand Anugraha and Sadguru Naam in different ways. Because the balance between these two complement each other. That's why many times we use the word Anugrah instead of Sadguru Naam or we use the word Sadguru Naam instead of Anugrah. For this we have to study Anugraha and Sadguru Naam in different ways. Only then will we understand the oneness between these two great words and the misconceptions formed in our minds will be removed. As we looked back; The human birth we have got is not a coincidence, but it is the artistry of that cosmogony. It is the infinite grace of the ruler of the universe that we have such a great opportunity. Along with the gift of this human body; God has also endowed us with the sense organs of mind and intellect. There are many reasons behind this, which we have discussed in depth. We have also brainstormed on how to create a positive attitude of mind and intellect during the spiritual journey. From here onwards we are going to travel only and only on spiritual science. The first step is Anugraha and Sadguru Naam as mentioned above.
