Signs you need to forgive someone in your life:

You regularly experience Anger, bitterness, sadness, unexplained physical pain, anxiety, control issues or passivity, passive aggressiveness, and more!

Forgiveness is a "commitment not to retaliate". Anger (and these other "symptoms" are forms of retaliation. If you want to stop being an angry person...forgive. Forgive anyone. Forgive everyone.
