Fluid Church Fluid Church is an extension ministry of Houghton Lake Wesleyan Church led by Pastor Andrew Thompson. We hope you’ll join us!

We meet once a month at Artesia Youth Park & Community Center at 6:00 pm! Fluid is a welcoming community that creates space for open, honest, and meaningful conversations about God as an extension ministry of Houghton Lake Wesleyan Church, led by Pastor Andrew Thompson. We gather once a month in a casual setting where we share a meal, enjoy each other’s company, and dive into lessons that spark di

scussion that can be applied to our everyday lives. Our focus is not on formal structure, but on creating an environment where people can ask questions, wrestle with doubts, and explore faith together. At Fluid, we believe in walking side by side—growing, learning, and seeking a deeper understanding of who God is and how His teachings shape our lives. Whether you’re looking for a place to connect with others, strengthen your faith, or simply feel heard and valued, Fluid offers a encouraging space and community for you. We want every person to leave our gatherings knowing they are loved, seen, and part of a community that genuinely cares.

In January, we dug deep into some of the "tall tales" in our lives and in our faith journeys, and how they can effect what we believe when it comes to ourselves and with God.
