- I'm happy to meet you at the Hot Springs Garland County Court house marriage license department, Suite 103 to officiate for you. (Flat Fee $125.00.) Once your marriage license is in hand, we can walk through the doors from the County Clerks Marriage License department into the lovely and peaceful Courthouse Gardens and perform your nuptials. You can file your marriage certificate with the clerk on the way back to your car.

Wedding Scheduling and Timeline suggestions:

*Wedding Planner – Immediately (at least a year or more)

*Venue – Immediately (at least a year or more) Don't forget the rehearsal Dinner, and Engagement party venues.

*Photographer / Videographer (venue scenes, timing of before and after ceremony photos, reception, people that are important to have in your photos) - Within the first several weeks of being engaged -Discuss engagement photography and venues.

*Wedding Dress / Mother(s) of the Bride Dresses - Within the first several months of being engaged.

*Bridesmaids and their dresses (Allow for shipping and alteration time)- Within the first several months of being engaged.

*Officiant - 11-12 months– Start writing or envisioning how you want your wedding to look, sound and feel. Rings, Vows, Songs, Rehearsals, Processions, who’s giving you away, flower and ring bearers.

*Entertainment / DJ / Band, etc. – 9-12 months

*Catering (If not included with the Venue) - 6-10 months

*Groomsmen, their Tuxedos / Suits – 6-8 months (Allow Alteration time a few weeks before)

*Florist (If not included with the Venue) - 6-10 months

*Cake – 5-8 months

*Hair & Makeup – 4-6 months

*Seamstress (Alterations for you, Mom’s, bridesmaids, groomsmen and your lovely husband to be) – 3-5 months

*Transportation – 3-5 Months

*Wedding Entourage / Guest Gifts – 2-3 months

*Bridal Shower / Bachelor Gathering – 2-3 months
