Children — Our “Amen” Section Policy!

Here at Satilla Missionary Baptist Church, we love our children! Their smiles, their laughter, their energy, and even those little voices saying thing in the middle of service remind us that the church is a place for every generation.

Sometimes children may be loud. Sometimes they may wiggle, squirm, or need a little extra attention. And that’s okay!

We want families to know they are welcome here.

Bring your children to church. Let them learn, worship, grow, and experience the love of Jesus alongside the rest of God’s family.

Our children are not a distraction—they are a blessing and a beautiful part of our church family.

So, if you hear a little noise during worship, just remember… that’s our Amen Section!

CHURCH HURT IS REAL.

Maybe the church you trusted hurt you.
Maybe someone you looked up to disappointed you.
Maybe you were judged when you needed grace.
Maybe you walked away carrying wounds no one ever knew about.

But please hear this:
DON’T LET A BAD CHURCH EXPERIENCE KEEP YOU FROM A GOOD GOD.

At Satilla Missionary Baptist Church, we believe the church should be a place where broken hearts can begin to heal, weary souls can find rest, and people can experience the love, grace, and restoration of Jesus Christ.

You don’t have to pretend.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to be perfect.

Just come as you are.

Come with your questions.
Come with your pain.
Come with your disappointment.
Come with your broken heart.

If you’ve been hurt by a church, there is still a place for you.

There is grace for your past.
There is healing for your hurt.
There is hope for your future.
And there is a church family ready to welcome you.
