The Birmingham Knit Club is hosting a pink sock-a-thon where knitters and crocheters will be making as many pink socks as possible during the month of October. Participants are encouraged to ask the community to pledge a donation in support of our cause or make a flat donation to the organization. The website to donate will be available soon! Until then, grab some pink yarn, your needles/hooks, and prepare to join us for a fantastic night at Pink Lantern!

Tomorrow, August 22nd, marks 3 weeks until Fiber Frenzy! 🎊

As we get closer, we will be sharing more information about the event. Today we are featuring one of our participants, Alabama Fiber Festival! They will be offering yarn winding and custom pinback buttons at Fiber Frenzy. These services are offered in exchange for monetary donations to the Alabama Fiber Festival. For the buttons, bring your own scrap of handspun, tatting, or any other small, flat treasure to be turned into your own custom pinback button! This is such a fun way to support the Alabama Fiber Festival, a two day event happening this November!

We are so thrilled to have our Alabama Fiber Festival friends joining us and hope to see you at Fiber Frenzy on Saturday, September 12th! 🧶
