Just a month away until our camping weekend!! Looking for a couple more campers!! We have some fun activities planned!! Chris was able to qualify us for Thrivent seed money so we will be buying the paper products and main dish for our potluck on Saturday and breakfast meats for Saturday morning!! Please pass this on to your friends of sister congregations to make this an enjoyable weekend we have plenty of sites open just let us know!! ☺️ Looking forward to having fun with everyone!!

Hello everyone June is rapidly approaching and we still have camping spots available! We booked the whole group site for this year and are only halfway booked. If you know any camping folks at St. John or any of our families from Hope that would like to join us, they are more than welcome. Thrivent approved us for an action team and we will be using the money for Hamburgers,hotdogs,Italian sausage for the potluck, so bring a side dish and eggs, bacon, and breakfast sausage for Saturday morning. We will also be using some of the Thrivent funds to buy water balloons(if you would like to donate some balloons they won’t be turned away)for the annual adults vs children water balloon war! Please put the word out, we need more campers 30 spots available and only 14 signed up as of 5/1/19.

Just a reminder camping season is coming and we still have sites available. We have the whole circle this year and can fit 30 campers. If you know anyone that wants to join us this year please let them know or tag them on this post. So far I have the Naders, Bruce’s,Losiers, Uptons, Paruszkiewicz, Lenns, Hang’s, Arielle’s, Volks, and Pruzinskys.

Just a reminder that if you are a tent camper, when checking in let them know that you are an extra car and you don’t have your own site. Also Saturday is a pot luck. We will provide Hamburgers and hot dogs with the fixings. Can’t wait, were are getting really excited for this trip!!

We have booked the St John camp out at Groveland Oaks for June 22nd thru June 24th. The cost is $31 per night and we will require a $31 nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot. We have group site #10 reserved with the possibility of getting site # #11 if we have more than 15 campers. We will have our normal dinner pot luck on Saturday. If everyone wants to , we can even do a community breakfast Saturday morning. Please join us for a weekend of fellowship and fun! If you are not a camper come up for the potluck and fun on Saturday.
