Ever feel like you really don’t have much to offer Jesus?

It stands to reason that Jesus had the ability to change the world all by Himself.

He was God. He didn’t need any help.

And yet He had disciples who, most of the time, weren’t particularly helpful.

Who, most of the time, didn’t understand what Jesus was talking about.

Who asked silly questions and said inappropriate things.

Who failed repeatedly.

And yet Jesus loved them and involved them in His mission.

After the resurrection, He gathers them in Galilee and commissions them to do all the things they had seen Him do.

He left them with the promise that He would be with them always and they would help Him change the world.

This is Good News for you and I.

It means you don’t have to be perfect to be part of Jesus’ family and His mission to save the world from itself.

All you need to is an open and willing heart for Him to change you and for you to help Him change the world.

It may not sound like much to offer, but Jesus can do infinitely more with it than you could ever imagine.
