Don’t forget that the 5K - 4th graders will sing in worship at 10:55 tomorrow. Please have all children in the sanctuary by 10:30! We will not pull from Sunday school. Parents must do this.

The children are asked to join us this Sunday for the 10:55 service for the procession of palms as we start the service. They will gather in the courtyard weather permitting around 10:45 am.

Given that some of the side streets and driveways are still questionable and with school not going back tomorrow, ALL activities for Wednesday (2/4/26) at the church are cancelled. Our hope is to return to our normal schedule next week!

Nursery Worker

Location:
Nursery area at Hernando Methodist Church

Schedule:
Sundays: 8:30am - 12:30pm with 1 Sunday off per month. Wednesday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and occasional weekday hours for bible studies or special events. (subject to change as our church calendar changes).

Co-workers:
You have 3 other workers rotating the schedule, etc.

Children:
You will be caring for children ranging in age from newborn to 4 years old. Normal population of 6-9 children if scheduled alone. Typically at least two workers are present.

Pay:
$12 per hour

Benefits:
You get to have constant Godly Sightings in the faces and love of the children. You get to help carry out our mission to make disciples by allowing other to freely worship and study God’s Word when otherwise they may not be able.

Requirements:
Must be loving, kind, patient, reliable, and sweet with children; enjoy caring for, playing, reading, and leading activities with children ages infant to 5 years old. Experience with babysitting required, daycare experience a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a clean background.
