Thank you to everyone who joined us for Needle’s Eye Lunch Connect in the West End and Hanover this month! It was so good to see full tables and real conversations happening in both rooms.

Our speaker Shanna D Kabatznick talked about the C.O.N.N.E.C.T. Framework and how the relationships we build at work carry us through every season, whether you’re growing a career, building a business, or stepping into something new.

Before everyone left, we asked each person to think about three things: one person they’d like to know better, one barrier that tends to hold them back, and which step of C.O.N.N.E.C.T. feels hardest for them. Then we asked them to pick a next step, share it with someone at their table, and set a phone reminder for a week out.
