Haiti and its people remain in urgent need of our prayers, as their situation is becoming increasingly catastrophic. Every day that these conditions continue is a day marked by further suffering and death.

Regrettably, the situation has taken a turn for the worse. Gunfire echoed through the capital today as gangs solidify their control. Our thoughts are with those compelled to leave their homes in pursuit of safety, which is becoming increasingly elusive. Fortunately, my father is safe, and ongoing prayers are gratefully acknowledged.

Haiti has once again made headlines with the recent shooting of two airplanes yesterday. The airports are currently closed. Kidnappings and shootings have risen again. My dad is safe, but please continue to pray not only for him but also for the country and the Haitian people.
