There are several sneaky things that will try to rise around you that look innocent or powerless at first, but when held in mind, can make you slip and fall as if you'd stepped on a banana peel!

Things like...
🌧 Bitterness
🌧 Resentment
🌧 Offense

These not only affect your heart, but they can prevent you from hearing God's voice of comfort and truth.

Learn them.
Refuse them.
Forgive and Release.

Here's something I remind myself often:

**You're not renewing your mind so God will love you more.**

You're renewing your mind because **you are already deeply loved in Christ.**

That's the difference between striving and grace.

Real, lasting transformation doesn't begin with trying harder.

It begins with believing what God has already declared true about you because you belong to Him.

Have you ever noticed that the loudest voice isn't always God's voice?

Fear can be loud.
Pressure can be loud.
Comparison can be loud.

But the voice of your Father is steady, faithful, and always consistent with who you are in Christ.

One question has helped me more than almost any other:

**"Father... what do You say?"**

That simple pause has changed the direction of many of my days.

Have you ever looked at your life and quietly wondered...

*"God... are You really doing anything?"*

I have.

For a long time, I measured God's work by what I could see.

If circumstances weren't changing...
I assumed God wasn't moving or that I'd missed His timing.

But He's been teaching me something beautiful:

**God is always working—even when we can't yet see the evidence.**

Sometimes He's changing our hearts before He changes our circumstances.

Sometimes He's strengthening our roots before new growth appears.

That realization has brought me so much peace.

I shared more about this journey in this week's *Pause & Power-Up* email.
