Since enrolling in and graduating from HERBalachia ’s Herbalism Lifestyle Course last year, one of our goals has been to grow more herbal plant allies here on our homestead. 🌿

Calendula has been such a wonderful addition to our garden. Harvesting it is a joy, and to our delight, it reseeded itself and came back with even more beautiful blooms this year!

These golden calendula flowers have made their way into teas and salves that we use in our own home, and we’ve recently started offering some of our homegrown herbal products to customers at farmers markets and faires.

We’re curious—would our online customers be interested in seeing more of our homegrown herbs and herbal preparations in the shop? Let us know what you’d like to see! 🌼

There’s something enchanting and magical about wandering through the woods with no particular destination in mind. 🌿✨

I headed out for a walk to photograph some incense and ended up surrounded by mushrooms—so many shapes, colors, and textures growing on the trees and forest floor. It felt like stumbling into a little hidden world.

It seemed like the perfect setting for Enchantment, a rich blend of rose, sandalwood, and frankincense—floral, warm, earthy, and just a little mysterious.

This year’s lavender has been grown, harvested, and carefully dried right here on our homestead. Every bundle is hand-gathered and prepared in small batches, ready to become beautiful lavender bundles or smudge sticks.
