Longleaf United Methodist Church Longleaf UMC is a Methodist Faith Community in West Hattiesburg that was established in 2023. Welcome to Longleaf UMC! We don’t have it all figured out.

Our mission is centered on giving and growing in God’s grace through relationships, worship, and service. We are a faith community who seeks to reflect Christ’s love by truly welcoming all people—no matter your background nor circumstances. We are committed to keeping and growing a United Methodist community of faith in West Hattiesburg, with open hearts, open minds and open doors. We are building

grace-filled relationships with God, each other, and beyond. From our weekly worship at 5:00pm on Sundays to our various small group gatherings, we grow not only as individuals, but as one body in Christ. We seek to follow the example of Jesus as we reach out in radical hospitality and faithful service to our community. Your questions and uncertainties are welcome here, along with your woundedness, your authentic self. So come as you are! May Longleaf UMC be a community without borders where all may belong, be encouraged, and be transformed.
