Reflection Questions from our Bible Study on:

1 Corinthians 14 - “Spirit and Truth: Order, Edification, and the Purpose of Tongues”

Many people debate tongues, prophecy, and church order, but what does the Bible actually say?

1 Corinthians 14 reveals that God is not the author of confusion. Paul teaches that spiritual gifts must edify the church, operate in order, and submit to the commandments of the Lord.

This study examines:
• What biblical tongues really were
• Why prophecy is greater than uninterpreted tongues
• Why interpretation matters
• God’s order for worship and the family
• Why Paul’s teachings carry Christ’s authority

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40

Week 3 of Be Reconciled to God:
"Called to Endure: Remaining Covered, Obedient, and Faithful in Evil Times”

Week 3 of Be Reconciled to God is a call to endure in a generation filled with compromise, distraction, deception, and spiritual warfare. God is not calling His people to blend in with darkness, but to remain covered in righteousness, obedient to His Word, and faithful until the end. The enemy is active, but so is the authority, protection, and power of God over those who walk watchfully and humbly before Him. Build your life on Jesus Christ, resist the devil, redeem the time, and don’t turn back to the things God already delivered you from. Stay alert. Stay holy. Stay faithful.

Reflection Questions from our Bible Study on:

2 Kings 20 — “God’s Mercy, Man’s Weakness, and the Danger of Pride”

Hezekiah prayed and God added 15 years to his life. But after healing and victory, pride entered his heart when he showed Babylon all of his treasures.

2 Kings 20 teaches us that miracles should produce humility, not self-glory. God is sovereign over life, death, time, kingdoms, and correction. Even in judgment, His mercy remains.

This study explores:
• Hezekiah’s healing
• The lump of figs
• The miracle of the shadow
• Babylon and pride
• Why Hezekiah still said “Good is the word of the LORD” after bad news

Christ is the greater King who never fails.
