Giving Tuesday! Our MHC parish project aims to raise $18,000 for the necessary repairs before the new walk-in coolers can be installed. The mold remediation is not covered by our insurance. Please make out checks to Mary Help of Christians. They can be brought to the parish center during office hours, 8 am-1 pm., or dropped in the Sunday collection basket clearly marked Giving Tuesday. Or they can be sent to Mary Help of Christians Parish, 600 2nd Ave., Harvey, LA. Next year, we hope to be fully registered for the "I Give Catholic Campaign". Many thanks in advance for your goodness and generosity in assisting our parish in this time of need.

Christmas Greetings to all our Salesian Family and Friends,

Attached please find the flyer for the Salesian Christmas Party this Saturday night. I would hope that each and every one of you can make it. It is a great way to celebrate our Salesian Family, outreach, and catch up with those we may not have seen since last year. PLEASE BRING YOUR FRIENDS! Also, bring friends who are not Salesian! Bring family members. Make this Salesian Christmas party --your party!

As past members of the former St. John Bosco / St. Rosalie parishes or current parishoners of Mary Help of Christians, you / we are the ones who can make the greatest outreach into the community to share the Salesian Spirit. Please help spread the word, and spread the Salesian and Christmas Spirit and help get people to this party, OUR party, YOUR party. We, as a Westbank community, have been doing this for 4 years and with the new parish of Mary Help of Christians, I am not sure if people understand-- even if you are not currently a member of the new parish or if you do not have a student at Shaw you are still WELCOMED and invited to attend. All are welcome! All are Salesian! All are invited!

Help Needed at Mary Help of Christians, Harvey, to prepare for Sunday's Activities.
Saturday 10 am:
1. Clean up acorns in the parking lot behind MHC.
2. Cafetorium Table Set Up and Decorations.
3. Return St. Rosalie Statue to back chapel.
4. Return the Blue Statue Stands to the storage container
5. Return Procession Trailer
6. Prepare Mary's Altar at MHC for the arrival of Mary Help of Christian Statue from St. John Bosco.
Sunday at 9am Mass
1. Men to assist with moving MHC Statue and DB Statue from SJB to MHC Church.
2. Food and Drink Line Servers for the repast in the cafetorium
Monday after 7am Mass
1. Potluck breakfast in the Gathering Room. The parish will provide coffee and juice, utensils, and paperware.
