Last week was all about collaboration at The Tribute Companies.

Our architecture division, board members, business development team, and precast plant managers came together for our quarterly project planning session. These meetings are an important opportunity to align priorities, share ideas, and build the roadmap for the months ahead.

After a full day of planning and problem-solving, the team enjoyed some well-earned time together outside the office.

Then, by the end of the week, we discovered just how much time we spend together- without any coordination, everyone showed up dressed alike! We’ll take it as a sign that our team is truly in sync.

We're grateful for the talented people across our organization who make collaboration, innovation, and a little fun part of the job every day.

From concept to completion, another meaningful cremation development brought to life by Tribute Design Systems.

For Forest Hill Cemetery in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, our team provided the architectural design for a new cremation development featuring single, companion, and double-depth niche spaces totaling 280 urn spaces.

Following the design phase, Tribute served as the general contractor, coordinating trades, producing and installing precast components, and completing the project with granite finishes throughout the development.

We are proud to help cemeteries create lasting spaces that serve families for generations to come.

At Tribute Precast, we’re known for our world-class cemetery products - but our capabilities go far beyond the cemetery industry.

Yesterday, one of our wonderful clients (who also happens to be family) picked up 54 wall blocks from our plant. As a family-owned company, it means a great deal to us to work alongside other family businesses and be part of projects that help build our communities.

A few weeks ago, our team had the privilege of attending the 2026 ICCFA Experience, and we’re excited to see the official photo gallery released by the ICCFA!

This year’s conference was packed with meaningful moments for our team - from being recognized as Quarter Century Members of the ICCFA, to connecting with industry peers and friends, to participating in this year’s America’s Got Ashes session.

Events like ICCFA Experience continue to remind us how valuable collaboration, innovation, and relationship-building are within our profession, and we’re grateful to everyone who stopped by to connect with us during the week.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it is a time to reflect on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy each day.

At The Tribute Companies, we are especially reminded of the importance of remembrance, legacy, and honoring lives with dignity and respect. We are grateful to all who have served, and we hold close the memory of those who never made it home.

As families and communities gather this Memorial Day, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect, remember, and honor our fallen heroes.

One of the highlights of our ICCFA Experience this year was taking part in America’s Got Ashes.

It was incredibly inspiring to hear the many thoughtful and compassionate ways professionals across our industry are working to provide dignified resting places for cremated remains and reconnect families with loved ones.

These conversations are an important reminder that innovation in our profession is not just about products or services, it’s about continuing to serve families with care, creativity, and purpose. We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful discussion alongside so many passionate individuals in the cemetery and memorialization industry.

Sometimes you’ve got to keep the team on their toes!

We asked our home office team a very important question today:
“How many vaults fit in a full truckload?”

Let’s just say… the architecture department may need a little refresher course.

Here’s the official answer from our team:

From our Freeport facility, a standard load can carry:
• 21 unlined vaults
• 20 lined single-depth vaults
• 9 double-depth vaults

From our Ashley facility, a standard load can carry:
• 22 unlined vaults
• 20 lined single-depth vaults
• 9 double-depth vaults

A little friendly competition, a lot of industry knowledge, and another reminder that logistics is no small task in the cemetery industry!
