Concordia Deaconess Conference Concordia Deaconess Conference is a free association of certified and commissioned LCMS deaconesses.

Members of this Recognized Service Organization (RSO) of the LCMS are Synodically trained deaconesses who desire to glorify God while promoting diaconal ministry in the LCMS and providing spiritual support, encouragement, and continuing education for one another as they serve Christ’s Church.
