We are pleased to invite you to a benefit program in honor of Lorrie Ford Revell, taking place on April 25, 2026, 5pm, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1236 Jarrell Road, in Greenville, Georgia.
On September 11, 2025, Lorrie experienced a life-threatening medical crisis, contracting double pneumonia in both lungs which resulted in cardiac arrest. She underwent initial treatment at Wellstar in Lagrange, Georgia where she was heavily sedated for two weeks. As her condition improved enough, she was transferred to Wellstar Kennesaw Hospital for a three month stay, followed by a transfer to Columbus, Georgia for rehabilitation. Unfortunately, her condition deteriorated, and she was relocated to Piedmont for a month and subsequently to Warmsprings for further rehabilitation. On January 7, 2026, Lorrie became unresponsive and was readmitted to the hospital requiring ventilator support.
Throughout her ordeal, she has undergone resuscitation four times. Despite these challenges, Lorrie has demonstrated remarkable perseverance through God’s Grace and Mercy. As medical expenses continue to increase, we are reaching out to our family and friends and the community to come together and provide support for our dear sister.
