I was called into ministry over twenty years ago under the late Bishop L. Dockery. It was a call that came straight from the Lord and although I was hesitant in answering, I finally answered His call to preach the Gospel. It has been a lonely and rocky road at times,
but I am trusting in God. My favorite scripture is found in Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. This scripture has proven to be true and as I mature in Christ I am learning/experiencing how effective this is in my life. I was ordained in October of 1998 by the late Bishop Dockery. I was ordained a prophet and then an Elder. As I continue to grow in grace closer to the Lord, He is revealing more of Himself to me. The scriptures are alive and real as I preach His Word. Life’s ups and downs and highs and lows have taught me to trust God through it all. The Word of God is my lifeline, and the Holy Spirit empowers me to do what the Lord is calling me to do. The Lod is looking for soldiers that will stand up and declare war and I intend to tear down every plot, plan, scheme, and trick of the enemy. The Lord has given me a vision and I believe that He will make provision. I often asked the question “Why me Lord” because I do not believe that I am worthy, but HE chose me anyhow. I am married to Augusta C. Bell Jr and we have five children and five grandchildren. I am a wife, mother, grandmother (Honey) sister, cousin, aunt, and friend but more importantly, I AM A CHILD OF THE MOST HIGH GOD highly blessed and favored by the Lord. I am standing on His Word that declares in the book of Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths”
