Nathaniel Adkins Ministries was birthed to restore the church. It is our goal to teach and preach the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ and to promote biblical truth principles. Nathaniel Adkins was born and raised in Reidsville, NC. He is the son of Ms. Fannie Adkins and Mr. Anthony Wheeler. Adkins gained his foundationally Christian Education from the Late Rev. Lawson and Rev. James A. Laswson and the

membership of M&L Memorial Faith Tabernacle in Reidsville. He preached his initial sermon on Sunday Feb. 17, 2002 at St. Mark United Holy Church in Greensboro under the leadership of Pastor B. Jamal Broadnax. Adkins was ordained into the office of elder on March 19, 2005 and ordained into the Pastoralship in November of 2007
Min. Adkins served as Asst. Pastor at Greater Destiny World Ministries, a great and growing Ministry in Reidsville, NC under Bishop B. Jamal and Pastor Dawn Broadnax from 2007 until July 2011. In 2011 the Holy Spirit prompted Min. Adkins to pack up his ministerial credentials and get out of the boat of comfort. It was during this spiritual journey when God sent Min. Adkins to Sharon Missionary Baptist Church. Currently He serves as an Associate Minister at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church in Stoneville, NC under the leadership of Dr. Kenneth N. Moore. A Man who has realized that God is Able to use those who are available.....So ask yourself, Am I available? Adkins is a Man of God first and above all. He is not the person you knew in High School or in College. He loves the Lord and serves him faithfully. There has been a lot of pain in his life, but it only served to make him the Strong man of God that stands up today. Most of all Min. Adkins is a humble servant.

Testimony time!!! Sorry it’s a long post! I actually shortened it!

Many of you know that I am 1 semester away from completing this degree. What you may not know is that I received notification in late June that due to a “preference” my enrollment for the fall semester was being “recalled”. Please understand that this had nothing to do with a policy or even my academic performance, just the “preference” of another individual. Of course they wouldn’t send me an email because that would leave a paper trail of the foolishness! If you know me then you know I informed that someone on the phone of my ability to contact the UNC System, because this was not a policy but a “preference!” After hanging up the phone, God said “no son, watch me work!” During this time of waiting, I made a decision to walk away from something just to be in God’s will! Well today, I received an email today informing me that my Fall 2023 enrollment is clear and catch this, I will NOT be paying the institution anything, instead, I’ll get a refund.

Freedom of religion works in all ways. It literally means that people have the right to believe what they want, or to not believe at all. I stand firm in this belief. As a Christ-Like being (Christian) it is my job to show Christ to the world. If I demonstrate Christ effectively, His overwhelming love will do the changing. I can’t demonstrate Christ if I demand the government to follow “Christian” principles. I think American Christians forget that we are not the only Christians in the world, and that some Christians actually thrive in countries that support the same freedoms they fight to protest. The church is not America. The church is the body. The government should not have to do what we the Church should be doing. Why should the government enforce Biblical teaching? Are we not teaching our children the Bible at home and in our local assemblies?

Luke 16:1-13
“I give to protect!”
True stewardship has four solid principles
1: Ownership: Psalm 24:1, God owns everything, we should pay attention to how we care for the property He has entrusted us with.
2: Responsibility: Luke 12:18, To whom much is given much more is required.
3: Accountability: Matthew 25:14-30, Are you hiding what the Master gave you? Are you ready to give an account for how you’ve handled your access.
4: Reward: Matthew 25:21, we have a guarantee for choosing integrity over dishonesty.

Likewise did you know that being on the receiving end or the giving end of a “hook up” (receiving/giving something that there was no EVEN/SET exchange) is bad stewardship?
