A great Labor Day Weekend at Bethel! Wonderful morning service and our Fall Kickoff Fellowship on Sunday evening was filled with good food, classic cars, games, hayrides, plenty of fun for the kids, and, best of all, time together as a church family.

Bethel Loves First Responders! In honor of September 11, we are taking time this week and next to honor and thank the first responders who faithfully serve our community.

Today, we had the privilege of serving lunch to the Greenfield Fire Department. Some firefighters from Buck Creek and Sugar Creek were training at Station 2, so we were glad to have them join us as well. We also left plenty of food for the other shifts coming in later.

We are thankful for the men and women who answer the call when our community needs them most. Thank you for your service to Hancock County!

Next week, we look forward to serving the Greenfield Police Department.

Grandparents Sunday is coming to Bethel! Join us this Sunday, September 13, at 11:00 AM as we celebrate the blessing of generations. Our children will be singing during the service, making it a special morning for the whole family.

Enjoy a meal and seating in our air-conditioned gym, followed by outdoor games, children’s bounce houses, and activities for the whole family. Church family, invite your friends and family to join us Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM!

Groundbreaking Sunday marked a milestone in the history of Bethel Baptist Church.

Following the 8:45 AM service, we broke ground for the western expansion, and following the 11:00 AM service, we gathered again to break ground for the eastern expansion. We purposefully included different generations of our Bethel church family in both ceremonies, from new families with young children to our oldest living member, reminding us that what God is doing at Bethel reaches across generations.

For 71 years, God has been faithful. We are thankful for those who came before us, grateful for those who are here today, and building with those who will follow in mind.

Thankful for the past. Building for the future. Trusting the Lord through it all.

Yesterday was a historic day at Bethel!

After both morning services, our church family gathered to break ground and mark the beginning of this next chapter. We are thankful for God’s faithfulness through the years, and we look forward to what He will do in the days ahead.

We are just four days away from a historic moment at Bethel. For 71 years, God has faithfully led and provided. This Sunday, we mark another chapter in that history as we break ground for the future.

Join us tonight at 7:00 PM for our Wednesday evening service! Brayden Gray will be bringing the message tonight. Brayden has served as a part-time intern at Bethel this summer, and he will soon return to Pensacola Christian College for the fall semester as he continues preparing for ministry.

We are thankful for Brayden’s service this summer, and we look forward to hearing him preach tonight.
